Customer Feedback
We love all kinds of cycling in the Highlands and started this
business to help and encourage visitors to discover these stunning
landscapes for themselves. It is our aim to offer the best equipment,
advice and service possible. We are constantly striving to improve and
ask all of our customers for feedback about their trip.
We wanted to "keep it real" on our website and use as many customer
photos as possible. All photos received this year were entered into a
prize draw which drew a big response. All our customer pictures can be
seen in the Gallery. Here is a sample of comments and photos received
so far...
"Everything was great!; The bikes were dropped off in advance for us
and picked up
after we left - very convenient for us. Our correspondence in
advance was always friendly and responses very always quick.
Thanks so much for the great customer service!"
"My dad and I have lovely memories of Loch Ness. My photos mostly seem to show my dad drinking various whiskys!"

"We had a great time and hope to come back soon! For a little Texas humor, asking me to send just one pretty picture of Scotland is like asking which bean in the can gives you gas! They are all beautiful and such an outstanding place to ride a bike. I was glad to find a livery with a web presence so that the arrangements could be made before we left-and I love the delivery/pick-up!"
"We enjoyed our ride around Scotland learned lots and are hoping to carry on by completing a few cycle tours around our new home country (New Zealand)."

"It’s great you fill your site with the photo of cycling in Scotland. By present I send you some photos from our journey that you can place to your website. For information, our route was from Inverness to Fort William through Drumnadrochit (Great Glen Way) that we were riding for the 3 days, then we passed to Mallaig by train with the intention to travel to Skye Island by the ferry. Unfortunately due bad weather the ferry was cancelled and we returned to Fort William by train. But our hope to visit Skye was so strong that we came to Skye by car (with the cycles). Other days we explored Skye and find it very very beautiful. Then we returned to Inverness by the train. All route was 10 days, and it was very beautiful despite of rain. Scotland is very green and full-of-nature country. Thank you and thank Scotland for this good days."
"Just wanted to say what a great success the bikes were. The trailer in
particular was a big hit and got lots of use - we even managed to secure a 4 month old and its car seat to it! (appreciate this may be technically un-approved use....!) The combination of trailer/tag-along and seats meant that families who wanted to get out together could and everyone commented on how good it was to be able to hire good quality bikes."

"Yesterday, Sarah and I where discussing our favourite holidays and we are having a tough time forgetting how much fun we had in Scotland, thanks to you!"
"We’re just back home after traipsing around Scotland and have such great memories of biking out to Culloden. Thanks again for a fabulous tour. We really enjoyed meeting you and biking around Inverness."
"We loved the Culloden trip, especially the battlefield, the interpretive centre and the castle tour. Picnicing in the church ruins was fabulous, even in the rain."
